1. Copyright

All rights reserved. No part of the materials including graphics or logo, videos, articles that is uploaded or made available in this website may be photocopied, reproduced, translated to any electronic medium or any machine-readable form.

2. Modification

Smiles Mart may change any part of this website, or our policies at any time upon discretion of the management without notice. Should there be any important changes the management needs to execute, notification will be done via email and through the blog/article section of our website.

3. Usage

Customers who wish to sign-up in our website must abide to all rules and policies stated by Smiles Mart. Any information collected will be treated with utmost confidentiality and is protected by the PDPA (see Privacy Policy for more info)

4. Pricing

* Prices stated in this website only applies to online purchases. Price at our physical outlet may differ from price shown in our website. Price shown in our website shall not be used as a reference price for products available in our physical outlet.

* All prices may be subject to changes and may vary from time to time. Smiles Mart reserves the right to update or amend the prices without prior notice.

* Items purchased will be charged according to the price at the time the order was placed and as shown on the order confirmation that will be sent via email that will be sent via email.

* All prices are inclusive of GST and is listed in Singapore Dollars.

5. Orders

* After an order is placed, customer will receive an order confirmation email to acknowledge that the order has been received at our end. Depending on the payment type, customer is to receive another email for the payment details (e.g Bank Transfer). Once payment has been received, there will be another email to notify the customer that the payment has been received and the order is being processed.

* Customer may only cancel an order that is not yet processed. Once order is processed, cancellation is not allowed. Customer may drop an email to inquire more details.

* Orders below $50 will be charged at $6 standard rate. Orders from $50 and above are entitled for free delivery.

* Images uploaded are for illustrative and advertisement purposes only.

* Orders are not amendable

6. Delivery

* Limited delivery slots are available from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM for Self-Collection

* For standard delivery, we have a lead time of 3 working days for us to check the stock availability, pack the order and place the delivery order with our delivery partner.

* Order cut-off time is 6:00 PM. Any order placed after 6:00 PM will automatically be assigned to next day delivery

* No deliveries on weekends

* Delivery service with the standard rate is available only for selected areas within Singapore. Certain areas that are out of delivery area will be applied with surcharge fee. (e.g. Sentosa, Pulau Ubin, other islands, etc)

* To ensure the accuracy of delivery, customers are advised to provide correct and accurate information such as their names, address and contact numbers. Smiles Mart will not be held responsible should there be unsuccessful deliveries due to lack of compliance with the above clause.

* Should there be any defect or issue with the products received, kindly inform us within 24 hours via email or through the contact form found on our website. We strongly advise that these items must be in its original state/form.

* Redelivery

   * In case the initial delivery is unsuccessful, Smiles Mart will issue only one (1) free of charge redelivery.

   * If in case the redelivery attempt is still unsuccessful, the customer may choose to:

         A. Arrange another delivery date and time by which he/she will be charged $6

         B. Do self-collection at our physical store

To arrange, customer may drop us an email or reach us through the contact form found in our website. For customers who will opt option A, payment must be made first before we proceed with the redelivery.

* If the management fails to hear from the customer within 2 working days, we will have to cancel the customer’s order and refund the payment accordingly.

* In view of the COVID measurements, if customer wishes to leave the items at their doorstep or anywhere instructed, Smiles Mart will not be held responsible for any items that might be lost or damaged.

7. Payment

* Payment information will not be stored locally and is transmitted through secured and trusted payment gateways with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) enabled.

* Purchases at Smiles Mart website can be paid via Visa or Mastercard through Stripe, Paypal, Paynow through HitPay and normal bank transfer

* Smiles Mart reserves the right to update or amend the payment methods available.

* There will be no option of paying by instalment. All payments are expected to be paid fully by the customer.

* Once payment has been received and confirmed, customer is not allowed to change his/her mode of payment.

8. Availability of Items

* Smiles Mart will strive to provide accurate and updated stock for the consumers. Should there be any issue with the availability of the ordered items, our staff will contact the customer through the contact numbers provided for confirmation/clarification as soon as possible.

9. Promotions

* In the event that the management has found any fraud, misuse or abuse of any on-going promotion, Smiles Mart reserves the right to cancel or reject the use of promo code involved. In addition, the management reserves the right to charge the customer partial or full amount of the benefit received without prior notice.

* There are promo codes that are not claimable / cannot be used when a discounted product is in cart

* Promo codes are only valid for online shopping and cannot be used with purchases made physically / at our physical store.

* Discounts and vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or goods unless otherwise stated.         

10. Website Maintenance

Smiles Mart website will be made available 24/7 for customers to enjoy and access. However, occasionally, the website may undergo repairs, maintenance, upgrades or inclusion of new features and services. Announcements on this matter will be made via email and through our blog/article page.

11. Denial of Access

In the event that the management has found any violation in the usage of the website or against the Terms & Conditions, Smiles Mart may deny access to this website to anyone where the management deems fit or necessary at any time.
